Delete your Nihonian account

In the app

1. Open Nihonian and tap your profile picture (top right).
2. Go to Account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with the code we send to your WhatsApp, or with your Google account.

Without the app

Send a message from the phone number or email linked to your account to sorabh.saluja@neuronic.cc with the subject "Delete my Nihonian account". We'll confirm it's you, then delete the account.

What gets deleted

• Your account, phone number or Google link, name and settings.
• Your learning history: answers, word progress, scores and goals.
• Any sentences you submitted for correction.

Deletion is complete within 30 days; backups are overwritten in the same period. We keep only what the law requires, such as payment records, and only for as long as required.

Only want to leave the waitlist?

Reply "STOP" to our WhatsApp message, or email sorabh.saluja@neuronic.cc, and we'll remove your details.

Practising without an account? Your progress is only on your phone; uninstalling the app removes it.
